Proactive Admin Services was founded in 2007 by Rachel
Reeves. Proactive Admin Services is the outcome of
her desire to attain a more flexible
and fulfilling work/home balance.

Through her virtual business
Rachel offers administrative support services,
proofreading & editing and
association management services.
Rachel boasts ten years experience in
administrative support, executive support and
association management
services. Eight of these ten
years were spent in various
administrative support, financial
services and executive support positions
within Government. Rachel has also
attained three years association
management experience within Government and a
further three years as a contractor.

Rachel has a passion to help
others. She seeks to relieve business owners of those
tasks that can't be achieved without that extra
support. To help them to establish and
grow their business. To give business owners
more time to do the work that they love, and so their
business can reach its full potential!
