Retainer?
A retainer is a guaranteed number
of hours a month purchased in advance at a discounted hourly
rate. We offer retainers of:

For more than 5 hours a
month!

10% discount

For more than 10 hours a
month!
|
|
15% discount
|
For more than 20 hours a
month!
|
|
15% discount
|
For Community Groups and
Non-Profit Organisations, Students, Schools and
Playgroups! NB. other retainer discounts
do not apply.

And Our Invoicing
Procedures:
|
|
Time is billed in fifteen (15)
minute increments. |
|
|
A deposit of 25% may be required
prior to commencement of a project. |
|
|
Payment is due upon receipt of an
invoice. |
|
|
We accept cheques, money
transfers, cash payment and money
orders. |
|
|
General stationery is included in
the price. |
|
|
Clients will be billed for
incidental expenses. These include but
are not limited to: |
